Hiring! Finger Lakes/Rochester NY area-25 min from downtown Rochester. 30 minutes to Canandaigua Lake. Our clientele is growing, and they are accepting and love thorough care of their pets. We have the country; farm town feel and are surrounded by nature. Mendon Ponds Park is less than 10 minutes away.
- Small animal GP- Yes, there are lots of deer around here. No, we do not treat them. Please don’t let them run into your car!
- Monday- Friday 8:00-5:00, Wednesday 8:00-7:00pm.
- NO WEEKENDS
- No on call. We use VetTriage to help our pet parents get needed care after hours.
- No guilt for calling out-Most of us have kids-If you need to be out of the office, “of course”, and we go about our day.
- Corporate-but they don’t mess with us much-Blue River Pet Care
- We would LOVE to find another LVT who enjoys anesthesia and dentals/surgery. Each of our current technicians has a strength and passion. Finding another technician who loves these things would balance us and we know we would make a great team!
- There is the opportunity to receive quarterly bonuses. And no, we are not just saying this. It happens.
- On average 30-minute appointments, never less. You will always have a technician assistant by your side to navigate the care. When you have autonomy and work the full scope of your degree, you deserve an assistant. No, they will not make you lunch or do your laundry.

We are a 2 DVM small animal practice and pride ourselves on providing high quality, evidence based veterinary care for our patients.
