- Avimark software.
- Multiple phone lines.
- Emails, follow-up calls, and scanning duties.
- Downloading requisitions.
- Downloading and attaching medical records, rad reports, etc.
- The ability to multi-task is a must!
- Flexible schedule.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Does well under pressure.
Requirements:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent organization skills, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Personable, empathic disposition.
- Capacity to work well during distressing situations.
- Ability to work shifts on weekends, and on public holidays, as needed.
We are open 7 days a week 8:00 am-8:00 pm. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Medical benefits are offered for full-time employees.
