Lantana-Atlantis Animal Hospital is looking for a Professional who can perform various administrative duties within an office setting. The Ideal candidate is friendly compassionate and able to multitask and work well with others.Receptionist duties include but are not limited to welcoming Patients, answering phones,making phone calls on behalf of office employees, forwarding phone calls and messages to the appropriate recipients, sending and replying to emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, keeping office records up-to-date, And performing other clerical tasks such as faxing and filing.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

• Veterinary experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
