Job Description:

• Ability to manage up to 15-20 vendors at one time.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to internal and external customers to maximize their use of Information Services tools and systems, educate clients, and create related documentation, as necessary.
• Facilitate and participate in committees with cross-functional teams within Information Services and throughout the health system across all ministries.
• Ability to facilitate team meetings.
• Utilize systems to track identification, location, maintenance, and associated contracts.
• Work with vendors to coordinate quotes, pay invoices, and associated services to ensure compliance within contract terms and conditions while ensuring maximum value from our vendors.
• Ensure the proper tracking of expenses to ensure invoices are coded correctly through Accounts Payable and Accounting so costs are captured, tracked, and reported accurately within service level agreements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.95 - $25.15 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
