You will be part of the team providing a centre of excellence approach to the procurement and management of supply contracts with an emphasis on supplier relationship management. You will manage the daily interactions with suppliers around delivery, including invoice validation and the management of agents.

Your Role

• Collate information on the estate and own the Master Database.
• Respond to none core supplier invoices / disconnection letters.
• New Supplies - Liaise with Asda project team involved in new site rollouts.
• Change of Tenancy – Incoming and Outgoing - Process changes to the portfolio
• Demand Forecasting & Financial Reporting - monthly reforecasting of electricity and gas demands.
• Bill Validation - Upkeep of the electricity bill validation system and validate each month
• RFQ Support - Collate all HH data / Daily meter readings for RFQ supporting data
• Income Management - Ensure FIT statements are accurate and raise the required invoice documentation quarterly.
• DC / Data Collection -Own relationship with DC to ensure data is being collected and is available for integration on associated web portal.
• Internal Reporting – report team activities and outcomes.
• Switching Suppliers – Co-ordinate setting up new suppliers as necessary

About You

• The role requires extensive utility experience and sector knowledge including an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the different operational parties
• The role requires the ability to think creatively and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication along with good excel skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects.
