Burrow is seeking a UX Analyst to join our Growth Marketing team. We are continuing a period of rapid product line and category expansion as we focus 2023 on completing our transition from digitally-native living room company to an omni-channel wall-to-wall home furnishings brand – all in the name of our mission: making it radically easier to settle in. Achieving that objective is dependent on rapidly testing and learning on-site marketing initiatives to optimize and efficiently grow the core business. Reporting to the Director, Performance Marketing, the UX Analyst will play a pivotal role in advancing our on-site marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own website optimization: Execute the day-to-day implementation and operation of marketing initiatives across the burrow.com website
• Know the customer: Leverage sales data and a strong understanding of the digital customer and business model to inform on-site strategies
• Institute analytics: Create benchmarking and measurements of on-site marketing
• Bring fresh ideas: Formulate new ideas for site improvements and partner with UX Designer to build out the functionality
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Category Manager and Marketing team leads to build, test and learn across new product launches, promotions, and evergreen periods
• Test and learn: Manage A/B and multivariate testing tools, such as Google Optimize
• Onboard new technologies: Lead process in identifying future third-party partners by investigating industry leaders and providing recommendations

Job Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in direct marketing and/or ecomm merchandising and operations
• Experience conducting A/B tests, gathering insights and implementing learnings
• Technical capacity and the ability to learn new systems and absorb information quickly
• Ability to set priorities, think critically and make important decisions
• Ability to streamline and improve processes while keeping focus on long-term goals
• Strong communication skills – not afraid to ask questions, challenge the status quo and confidently deliver findings to internal team members and key stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,822.73 - $105,000.00 per year
