Job Description:

Are you ready to put your Offensive Cyber Operations experience to work on innovative projects in support of an exciting customer mission? Parsons is now hiring an experience User Engagement Lead with the desire to help shape the next generation of cyber capabilities. You will be responsible for cultivating user relationships while also providing feedback on existing tools. As the User Engagement Lead you will have opportunities to showcase Parsons’ existing portfolios and work with other Parsons employees to ensure our users are supported at the highest level.

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities for the User Engagement Lead position include the following:

• Serve as point of contact for communication between users and developers
• Engage with users on customer site in Augusta, GA on a weekly basis, at minimum
• Working with developers to provide feedback on product interfaces from a user perspective during the development cycle

• Facilitate regular cadence of user feedback sessions
• Demonstrate and discuss portfolio of products at a high level
• Coordinate with other user engagement leads from other programs about user events
• Participate in design reviews
• Maintain process documentation

Required Qualifications

• Located or willing to relocate to Augusta, GA
• Experience as a cyber operator, analyst, or other related position
• Working knowledge of the full cyber killchain, offensive cyber operations, and standard operating procedures
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Desired Qualifications

• Familiarity with software engineering practices and frameworks, including Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps, or SAFe
• Experience as a cyber trainer or instructor
• Working knowledge of the OSI model

Salary Range:

$121,900.00 - $219,400.00
