What you'll do...
Supports and executes complex and multi-variable recurring and ad-hoc requests for data or data set-up by identifying and understanding the data source, impact, and functionality; ensuring data accuracy, troubleshooting and resolving data issues and performing data updates.Solves complex operational and financial problems/issues by conducting fundamental financial or operational analysis; locating, pulling, and formatting data; running defined metrics; drawing conclusions and making preliminary recommendations from analysis; generating results using existing tools (for example, Access, Excel, function-specific tools); and iterating analyses based on different business scenarios or assumptions; compiling data into reports; and communicating and obtaining approval of analysis results. Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
