Ascendo Healthcare Staffing is currently working with a well-respected home health agency in Louisville, KY to fill a lucrative Home Health RN role. This client is working with a real sense of urgency to fill this position, so they are willing to pay top dollar to get a qualified candidate in ASAP.

This position pays between $54-58/hr. depending on experience and location +benefits + mileage reimbursement.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Call/ Radius/ Territory/ Productivity Points (TBD at time of interview)
• 13 Week Assignment with possibility of multiple extensions!
• Mileage Reimbursement ($0.41) per mile from first patient to last patient

Requirements:

• 1+ year of residential Home Health Experience with Geriatric Population - Required
• Experience visiting multiple patients in their homes per day. (Avg 5-6 patients per day) -Required
• Active Kentucky /Compact RN License - Required
• OASIS Experience Required
• Current CPR Certification
• Home Care Home Base experience -Preferred
• Must Be Vaccinated against COVID -19
• Valid Driver's License & Proof of Motor Vehicle Insurance - Required
• Must have access to a dependable vehicle
