_Pay and Compensation
CNA RATE up to $28 per hour
*$28 includes QMAP rate
You will earn a base hourly rate with incentives that are offered for full-time and last-minute shifts._
Additional compensation may include weekly and daily overtime, Bonus pay, QMAP pay, sick pay, and holiday pay offered.
CNA Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under direction of the RN and according to the
Aide Plan of Care and to include personal hygiene, ambulation, exercise,
safe transfers, and other supportive tasks as assigned.
- Answers call bells/lights/alarms.
- Must be a Certified Nursing Aide in good standing with the State
-Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
To Qualify to work as a CNA at Elite Nurses you must have the following qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- CNA license Required
- Ability to lift at least 51 lbs on a regular basis and physically able to help residents who require physical assistance
- Pass state compliance background and abuse checks
