What you'll do:
Collaborate with cross-functional department hiring leaders to develop effective intern recruitment strategies.
Leverage Cigna's university partnerships and recruitment technologies to build strong, diverse talent pipelines.
Proactively share market and competitive intelligence to inform talent decisions.
Leverage data to assess outcomes and influence ongoing recruitment strategies.
Screen, evaluate and recommend candidates aligned to necessary skills, qualifications & competencies.
Deliver offers & employment terms to selected candidates, acting as the primary point of contact
Limited travel to support Cigna's on-campus recruiting activities.
Provide substantive and competency-based feedback to candidates who are not selected.
Ensure an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.
Maintain understanding of innovative recruitment tools, technologies and best practices.
Collaborate with the broader Early Career & Diversity team, HR Partners & Talent Acquisition colleagues.
Manage project-based workload, in addition to everyday volume.

What you need to do the job:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Relevant experience in Early Careers Recruiting and knowledge of current industry trends. Insight from organizations such as NACE is a plus.
Successful track record of managing collegiate hiring initiatives & developing building strong candidate pipelines
Possess a highly collaborative mindset along with ability to influence key stakeholders & partners.
Proven capability to develop relationships with various internal & external stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize and successfully manage high volume of requisitions during peak recruiting season.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written.
Flexibility to adapt to & execute against organizational changes and priorities.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 68,000 - 113,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
