Overview:
About Us:
Atlantic Visiting Nurse, part of Atlantic Health System, is seeking a per diem Unit Associate for the hospice team to work weekends 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions:
- Heavy patient scheduling, must have excellent customer service, phone and computer skills.
- Must be a strong team player and be able to multi - task.
- Staff sceduling, communicate with customers, family, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Recieve and triage phone calls.
- Create and manage reports as assigned.
- Assistant with management of monthly meetings.
- Crosstrain and learn new skills in effort to advance the department.
Education:
- High School graduate or equvilant education required
- Some college work preferred
Qualification/Requirements:
- Excellent communication, customer service, teamwork and computer skills
- Must be able to work in a fast pased environment
Hours:
- Per Diem: 8:00am to 4:00pm, Weekends
