Please read full job description. Qualified individual should have excellent customer service skills on the phone as well as face to face customer service. High school diploma or GED is required. We are a high paced truck repair service and multi-tasking is essential. You will need to keep detailed notes of each call. You will need to be able to perform regular office duties such as filing, scheduling of appointments, keeping track of customer and supplier invoices, creating work orders per customer, shipping and receiving, detailed billing as well as keeping the office area clean and organized. Previous experience with Word, Excel and Google Sheets is preferred. You will be responsible for filing and organizing all paperwork daily, monthly and yearly. Ordering of supplies will also be required at times. You will also be required to help supervisors, technicians, foreman and owners as needed so good communication skills are essential. Pay determined by experience.
