Spokane Produce, Inc. is seeking a Truck, Trailer and Box Truck DETAILER for our Fleet of trucks. Do you enjoy early mornings? Are you interested in a strong fitness program that PAYS YOU TWICE PER MONTH? If so, this is the job for you!!
The selected candidate will perform detailing of tractors, trailers and box trucks. You must be comfortable on your feet with plenty of walking and working OUTSIDE in all kinds of weather.
GREAT SCHEDULE!! You will be working Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm.
If you are in school and only able to work PART TIME hours, we are still interested in creating a schedule for you!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Detailing of tractor/trailer units and box trucks
- Assist all mechanic staff, if asked
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
- Inspect, log and report any vehicle or trailer damage or abuse found
- Other tasks as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Effective communication skills and recordkeeping
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be at least 18 years of age
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Work will be mostly outdoors with temperature variations in ALL weather conditions. Requires some physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, pull or push heavy objects or materials. Must be able to concentrate in a noisy environment.
We offer a competitive wage of $16.00 per hour and benefits package including employee purchase discounts on your first day, medical/dental/vision first of the month after 60 days, paid time off and 401k with employer match after one year.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen, and continue to satisfy our drug testing policy, if offered employment. We are a Federal Contractor and drug free workplace, which includes a prohibition on marijuana use for all employees.
