The Trojan Card Coordinator provides effective and timely identification (ID) and card services to the Virginia State University campus community at the lowest possible cost, utilizing new and existing technologies, with the maximum level of financial security and control for VSU students, while providing the highest quality of products and services in order to make the transition to campus life easier.

Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Working technical knowledge in the operation of identification card system to include debit card capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office computer software.
  • Knowledge f basic accounting functions as related to the collection and reconciliation of financial transactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise judgement to interpret policy and develop procedures.
  • Graduated form high school in a business related curriculum.
  • Proficiency in maintaining database management spreadsheets.
  • Excellent human relation skills are requires in coordinating and delivering excellent customer service.

Preferred Qualifications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Proficiency in the Atrium card system, Cardinal and Banner systems.
