An exciting opportunity has arisen within the new localities model as the South Your Family Triage Manager. This post is instrumental in driving and delivering a swift approach to local need for children, young people and families and vulnerable adults through swift access to information, advice and guidance or early intervention and prevention support.

We are looking for someone who can provide clear leadership and management to the Triage team to enable the delivery of a wide range of high-quality early intervention and prevention services to the local community. This nine-month post opportunity is a maternity cover for the existing Triage Manager.
