Our office is seeking a Treatment Coordinator with a proven track record of success to join our team. Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills (answering phones; patients' checkouts)
- Scheduling patients's appointments and treatments plans sessions
- Following up on and collecting payments from patients
- Presenting treatment plans to patients
- Verifying dental insurance
- Analyzing financials plans / programs
- Closing / booking treatments
Qualifications:
- Dentistry office experience
- 5-6 years of treatment coordinator experience required
- Very good knowledge and understanding of dental codes
- Familiarity with out of network and fee for service
- Sales mentality with the ability to overcome objections
- Strong ability to multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Self Motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment
Hours:
Monday - Friday (10:00am - 6:00pm or 11:00am - 7:00pm)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
