KBS, the largest privately held facility services company in the nation with 100,000+ active client locations, is currently searching for a remote Treasury Manager. This position is responsible for supporting the treasury operations functions which include cash management, cash forecasting, and liquidity controls. The incumbent coordinates with colleagues to determine the company’s cash position for daily cash flows, reviews and provides cash flow guidance for excess and deficit cash positions, monitors, and initiates payments to support monthly and quarterly service payments for short-term and long-term debt and maintains financial records. The incumbent is also responsible for monitoring and analyzing the capital markets and keeping informed of treasury technology. The Treasury Manager is self-motivated and prepares clear and meaningful analyses on the company’s sources and uses of funds. Performs special assignments of an independent nature and has latitude for independent action within established guidelines. This is a hands-on position that requires the incumbent to be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, complex environment and communicate effectively. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain focused and organized is essential.

COMP RANGE - $110k - $135k

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares the company’s 13 week and annual cash flow forecasts and develops cash forecasting and variance reporting on a weekly basis
• Proactively lead continuous process improvement efforts to optimize and improve the cash forecasting model on an ongoing basis
• Responsible for the administration of debt activities (i.e., revolver draws, term loans, etc.) and working capital related activities (i.e., factoring, securitization).
• Prepares analyses of various organizational data related to the management of cash to support or make recommendations relating to best practices
• Responsible for ongoing and ad hoc reporting for senior management
• Represent Global Treasury on new business initiatives as it relates to cash forecasting and reporting for cross-divisional teams
• Research, evaluate, and provide analysis related to integrating/separating treasury operations services for any acquisitions, mergers, and/or new/divested businesses
• Assist in supporting external audits of treasury and ensuring compliance with all Treasury related controls and policies
• Evaluate and recommend Treasury Workstation BI tools to provide global business performance analysis across multiple business units
• Provide ad hoc business analysis and cash modeling as required by leadership
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Educational Qualifications/Job Experience Requirements

Experience Required:

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) a plus
• 5+ years working in financial modeling, analysis or forecasting role for a large firm ($1B+ in revenue)
• Experience with Treasury Workstation, preferred

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required, MBA preferred

Travel: Limited travel but would need to be able to travel when necessary
