We are currently seeking a Treasury Management Sales Representative, to join our Treasury Management Department. In this position you will be responsible for developing leads and relationships with business customers in the Northeast Region. Ensuring the consistent delivery of quality customer service and achievement of assigned metrics and goals. Address and resolve complex Treasury Management service issues. This position will build new and maintain existing customer relationships, resulting in outcomes that defines a great customer experience. Accountable for delivering clarity to customers through simplicity, guidance and know-how through needs assessment and sales. Must know the features and benefits of the Bank’s Treasury Management products and services to present them effectively to maintain profitable customer relationships while satisfying and exceeding customer financial needs and expectations. The Treasury Management Sales Representative is expected to have community involvement and business development responsibilities and partners closely with Commercial Lenders and Branch Management to develop and strengthen business relationships through customer and community outreach.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience with experience in internet banking and commercial banking experience within the financial services industry.
