Position: Admissions Nurse, RN or LPN - Full Time
Pay: Hourly Depending On Experience

The admissions nurse position shines with its presentation, knowledge, helpfulness, and understanding of the complexities involved in the decision to bring a person to NHC HealthCare Bluffton. Position Overview.. The licensed nurse will be assigned to the medication cart, obtain lab work, complete skin assessments and assist with scheduling follow-up appointments on the unit. Our transition nurse will also be the first point of contact when the patient is admitted to the facility. In this position, the licensed nurse will welcome the patient and family to our facility and complete a thorough head to toe assessment. The licensed nurse will also complete a variety of admission observation assessments, input medication orders, gather patients history and assist with patient care when needed while waiting for new admissions to arrive.
What We Require.. South Carolina RN or LPN license
