We are looking for a Transaction Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire transaction process, from initial contact to closing. This includes coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of the legal and financial aspects of transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage customer transactions.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and potential issues.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
• Manage customer accounts, including billing and payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Provide customer support and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22,441.46 - $35,090.80 per year
