We are seeking to hire a Training Transition Supervisor to work with our incoming new hires. This is a fully remote position (Monday - Friday hours vary from 8:00am - 5:00pm. Hours may change based on training class availability).

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the transition period of all Inbound new hires post classroom training to joining their teams.
• Model and coach to the preferred way to handle CUA calls for Service Specialists.
• Respond to all questions coming from Nesting Team, helping to teach them and prepare them to be part of a larger team, where they will need to be more independent.
• Evaluate and monitor team call quality and coach to performance
• Responsible for leading a team of 4-8 newly trained/hired Service Specialists, providing them with ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that calls are handled accurately. Ensure that Service Specialists act as a seamless extension of the doctor’s office.
• Conduct daily debriefing huddles, identifying opportunities for continued training.
• Ensure that team members are updated on all site and practice changes.
• Ensure that callers’ needs are addressed through proper documentation of task system.
• Provide weekly recap of progress new hire is making, including newly mastered skills, as well as those that need to be focused on next.
• Perform escalated problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Effectively “quick” coach team members as appropriate
• Provide back-up support to Trainer, Patient Assistance Center.
• Provide weekly reports to Inbound Management on progress of each team member, reviewing in person to discuss anyone in jeopardy of not graduating to their team.

Training Transition Supervisor Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of successful performance within CUA PAC, demonstrating the ability to help others and to work independently or
• Demonstrated ability to coach new hires for at least a 6-month period
• Desire to help teach others and ability to create a nurturing environment
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high volume environment.
• Strong organizational time management skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
