Opportunity:

We are looking for a Training Director to join our team at Chick-fil-A Rand Village. Having a friendly and assertive professional is an integral part to our success. The Training Director will work to implement the business mission and strategy alongside the executive leadership team by developing and implementing our training system for new and existing team members, leading a group of trainers in the restaurant to conduct training, and executing quality systems to drive improvement in the business. As our restaurant grows, you will have the opportunity to pioneer this role and help create the systems that make us successful.

This job includes roughly 5-10 hours in HR, 20 hours in a training capacity, and 15-20 hours working in operations.

Your Impact:

• Delivers operational excellence, working through all areas of FOH and BOH to ensure a remarkable guest experience at every contact point
• Manages and maximizes an in-depth training program and oversees all training being done
• Delegates tasks to team trainers and frequently checks in to ensure training is properly completed and documented
• Conducts assessments and evaluations of team members. Holds the team accountable for their performance and develops them through consistent feedback and coaching
• Demonstrates complete understanding of all FOH and BOH positions. Serves as a subject matter expert to team members for ongoing hospitality and operational support
• Leads all aspects of quality guest relations, ensuring that 2nd Mile Service is delivered at all times
• Maintains a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
• Increases overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending leadership meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals

Background Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree or minimum 2 years leadership experience required
• Previous teaching or training experience
