Your Role on Our Team:
* Show proficiency in all CFA standards/protocols
* Effectively train new hires & retrain other hires when needed
* Documenting discipline issues & advising senior leaders of repeated violations
* After 6 months, we would add-in the responsibility to recognize & reward great performers & significant events like birthdays, CFA anniversaries, etc.

The Ideal Team Member:
* At least 1 year experience in hiring & training in food service
* Excels in a fast-paced environment and handles stressful situations well
* Positive attitude
* Loves serving and helping others and values teamwork

* Excitement to learn and take initiative
