Qualifications:
$17.50 per hour
The Food and Beverage Trainer Assistant at Worlds of Fun is responsible for providing training and support to new and existing food and beverage staff. They will work closely with the Food and Beverage Admin Manager and other trainers to ensure that all staff are properly trained and able to provide excellent customer service.
This includes:
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Assists in creating, updating, and evaluating training modules
- Conducts large group orientation classes focused on department policies and procedures, as well as other training modules; employs active training techniques to encourage participation, tests for understanding and responds appropriately to distractions or disruptions
- Maintains accurate records of training class paperwork, attendance, and performs general office duties
- Ability to observe and audit in-stand trainers
