Contract-type: Operations (Industrial) Working Pattern: 7.75 hours per day, 38.75

hours per week M-F between our core working hours 7.30am -5.30pm

• Average earnings *£35k based on a fully qualified operational operative (*basic starting salary of £24,814pa, rising to £27,5352pa plus overtime and shift premium payments when fully qualified operational, this could take up to 3 - 6 months dependent on experience)

We’ll also help you develop the skills you need to make a difference in our team.

We will train you on:

• City & Guild accredited Network Construction Operator qualifications in gas distribution
• Fire Control and First aid awareness
• Equipment to avoid underground apparatus
• Safe digging practices
• Working in deep excavations and confined spaces
• Streetworks

You will be supported and mentored by a qualified engineer and complete a portfolio alongside this to evidence your progression and development through the Programme.
