Job Description Summary

The Marketing Traffic Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and processing information between the stakeholder and all departments. This role also maintains the flow of jobs, by making sure all stakeholder requests are completed accurately and on schedule.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Drives creative projects from initial concept through file release; performs day-to-day leadership activities, such as building and tracking project timelines, facilitating status meetings, and phone conferences.
  • Creates long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
  • Interacts with client and vendors to identify deliverables and determine scope of client creative and marketing projects (i.e. kickoff date, objectives, timelines, expectations and project metrics)
  • Serves as point of contact for teams when multiple groups are assigned to the project to ensure team actions remain focused on content integrity across channels
  • Makes effective decisions when presented with multiple options to move a project forward
  • Delegates task(s) on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
  • Communicates with leadership to keep project aligned with goals
  • Performs quality control on the project throughout the development to maintain standards (proof changes against prior round, check URLs, phone numbers, dates, codes, etc.)
  • Adjusts schedules and targets on projects as needs or financing for the project change
  • Works closely with internal and external shareholders
  • Understands the client’s product and meets their expectations
  • Keeps abreast of daily changes, rules, and guidelines

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least one year of previous traffic experience required
  • Prior working knowledge of Project Manager Software, Workfront, Basecamp or Lytho
  • Ability to understand and interpret rules and processes, and be willing to hold others to a strict set of standards while maintaining harmony across departments
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Assertive mindset to manage from the top level down
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects within scheduled timelines.
  • Experience in the print, digital and/or creative agency industry preferred

Physical Demands:

Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work. All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt’s safety policies and guidelines. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with ADA/ADAAA.

Base Pay Range: $53,418.00 - 73,449.20
