The Associate, Total Rewards is a trusted partner delivering excellent customer service contributing to the solid performance of all roles in Human Resources, Total Rewards and related business functions.
Responsibilities May Include
Provide administrative support to GM, Total Rewards, Benefits and Compensation Managers and Advisors and HRBPs.
Maintain strict confidentiality and compliant practices in all aspects of this role.
Coordinate business meeting logistics for internal/external participants for vendor reviews, wellness programs, Annual Enrollment, on-site providers.
Ensure invoice processing, approvals and payments are completed in a timely manner.
Maintain Information Management recordkeeping for Corporate Approvals, committees, Plan Amendments and vendor accounts.
Coordinate material orders for Total Rewards, Wellness Centers and Corporate HR.
Complete compensation entries and communications for non-employee directors accurately and timely.
Support imputed income processes and proxy reporting.
Support benefits and compensation plan audits.
Maintain Plan Administrator phone line and distribute claim inquiries and QDRO requests.
Support HQ Safety program.
Manage projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
5 or more years of Administrative Assistance experience or coordinator level role preferably in Benefits, Compensation, or Human Resources
Attention to detail with the ability to organize, prioritize and complete tasks timely
Ability to effectively work independently or as part of a team
Good systems knowledge – proficient in SAP and Microsoft applications
Adaptable to change and continuous process improvement methods
Strong time management and customer service skills
Proactive to identify potential challenges and offer resolutions
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or a related field
Advanced level or proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Share Point, Teams, WebEx
2 or more years of experience working in SAP, Workforce Solutions, Analytics
