DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• CNC programing experience with Mastercam
• Supervises and coordinates the activities CNC Programmers and Tool Room Technicians
• Key tasks are training and development, communication, adherence company policies and procedures, performance coaching and evaluation, and written documentation of team member performance issues
• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production, to meet production goals.
• Determine standards, production, equipment and labor availability, and workload.
• Communicate with tool makers to plan and execute operations and activities within departments or between.
• Manages tool room operations to maximize resources to achieve productivity and profitability and quality.

Education and Experience Required:

• High school or equivalent.
• Master tool maker in Tool and Die/ Machine Shop
• Understanding of CNC cutting processes for mold making.
