To be considered, candidates must have titling experience, be well organized, detail oriented, and thrive in a face paced dealership environment. Our Title Clerks, under the general supervision of Office Managers, process all aspects of titling and registration of vehicles sold, check for accuracy of applications to ensure that all information submitted is complete, while stating abreast of current and incoming title regulations. Maintains a system to verify out-of-state titles. Compiles and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work. Reports to management on the status of any missing or problem titles and provides a current list of outstanding titles to the comptroller at the end of month. Stays abreast of title regulations. Attends seminars held by local licensing bureaus and any available training on title regulations. Conducts periodic training sessions for F&I managers and sales personnel regarding title regulations and procedures and issues a written memo to managers and all sales personnel whenever regulations change. Works hand and hand with buyers and auctions for titles. Qualifications: Automotive industry experiences 1-2 years. Title/Registration knowledge. CDK experience Professional communication, verbal and written. Strong emphasis on customer service. Ability to multitask and prioritize. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug screening.

The 401k plan starts after the completion of 2 months of employment, the employee will be automatically enrolled into the program starting at a 3% deduction and this will increase 1% per year for the first 3 years. The company does match 50% of the first 4% contributed by the employee. ? Hourly and Salary employees will receive 6 paid holidays each year.

We offer a competitive PTO (Paid Time Off) program; employees begin to accrue hours from day one worked (eligible to use after 90 days of employment). PTO is accrued for the first 2 years at 1 hour for every 40 hours worked at 3 to 10 years 1.53 hours of PTO for every 40 hours worked and at 10 years 2.30 hours of PTO for every 40 hours worked.
