Timekeeper/Payroll Specialist
BSG Maintenance is a family owned and operated company located in West Bend. We support the cleaning, dietary, and laundry services of assisted living facilities, long-term care residencies, and hospitals. We are looking for a Timekeeper/Payroll Specialist to work at our corporate office. This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls.
- Entering and adjusting payroll punches for hourly employees (time management).
- Ensuring accurate maintenance of employee records.
- Ensuring daily budgets/overtime reports are being met for our facilities.
- Assist with day-to-day work and tasks assigned by the Finance Manager or Vice President.
- Processing/Tracking benefit enrollment or withholding for employees.
- Educating and answering questions for employees regarding payroll and benefits.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and stay organized.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook).
- Previous experience in payroll processing.
- Previous experience with benefits management.
- PayCom experience preferred.
