We are looking for a talented Field Services Engineer. The position is responsible for servicing multiple customer needs. An Engineer may be involved in set-up, maintenance, or migration of customer servers and networks. As the direct contact support arm of MCA, senior Engineers are responsible for solving various problems facing customers.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Design/Install/Maintain servers and networks
Implement MCA Projects
Assist in Network Operations Center tasks

Qualifications and Skills:
MSP Experience is a huge plus
MS Windows Server administration skills are critical
Solid Network knowledge is critical
Good communication skill is critical with this customer facing position
Working knowledge in each of the technical area will be necessary:
MS Window Server Active Directory,
DNS, DHCP, Fire/Print Services, Basic networks Switching, Routing,
Firewalls, Wireless Email Services: Office 365, Mail Flow, Mail Filtering, VMware Virtualization vCenter, SAN Storage
Bachelor’s Degree is helpful, but not required

Notes:
A desire for on-going learning is essential. The total body of knowledge is extremely broad in this area.
We ask Field Service Engineers to be fully competent in all network areas and pursue one or more
specializations. As a network consultant, a Field Service Engineer may independently implement customer networks or
work in a team for large projects.

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: the range for this role is $60,000-$80,000
