Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00AM - 4:30PM)
Job Duration: 13 Weeks of contract with an option to extend

Orientation: All Hours Billable
Job description-
Physical medicine and rehabilitation, also known as physiatry, is a branch of medicine that aims to enhance and restore functional ability and quality of life to people with physical impairments or disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to help clients adjust to their disability.
- Evaluate clients' abilities, interests, experiences, skills, health, and education.
- Develop a treatment plan for clients, in consultation with other professionals, such as doctors, therapists, and psychologists.

Requirements:
Home Care Home Base, Oasis and Home Health Experience
2 years of experience in specialty
Valid State License And BLS Certificate
