Intensive In-Home Therapist
Life Changing Counselors, LLC is looking for therapist with an LSW, LCSW, LPC, LAC or LMFT to provide intensive in community (IIC) counseling in Union and Essex County. IIC providers will work with youth and family to identify clear and specific emotional, social and behavioral needs and set treatment goals. Some of the duties for this position include developing a treatment plan and updating progress notes weekly. IIC provider will maintain regular contact with treatment team members including CMO and mobile response. IIC Provider will make appropriate clinical recommendations at the time of conclusion of services.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour
