Description
THE MARKET TEAM MEMBER
The Market is located in Union Square, near Le Boulanger. In The Market customers can purchase "grab and go" snacks and beverages.
Some duties include:
- Provides outstanding customer service in a fast paced, fun environment
- Properly merchandises, rotates, and stores merchandise & products
- Handles Cash/Credit Card/Tower Card transactions effectively and accurately
- Maintains a clean work area
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Has an enthusiastic, outgoing and friendly personality
- Must be able to multi-task/prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to stand for duration of shift
- Must be able to follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Must be able to follow directions and communicate effectively
- Must complete a background check per University Background Check policy.
- Must be able to pass California Food Handlers certification test
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required

- Monday - Friday: 8am – 4pm
