American Endovascular is looking for a Territory Sales Manager. This person will be responsible for building vascular center business through referrals and community outreach. The ideal candidate is someone who lives within the territory, understands our business and the services we provide, but mostly someone who understands the needs of their community and want to make a difference. This person should have an entrepreneurial mindset, be a big picture thinker, while being empowered to do what it takes to be successful and be encouraged to find and take opportunities to grow professionally while growing our medical practice.

Responsibilities:

• Build trusted relationships to gain referrals from podiatrists, wound care centers, PCP's, Internal Medicine, Endocrinologists, GYN’s, and other physicians.
• Network with community resources to increase patient volume.
• Develop territory routing to maximize field time.
• Conduct research, understand the region, and take the lead on shaping successful sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Healthcare referral-based experience a plus
• 3-5 years of sales experience, looking to break into healthcare.
• Proven record of building a successful territory
• Top notch communication, listening, interpersonal and organization skills.
• Ability to build long term relationships.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit
• Strong understanding and passion for health

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
