You will be based at RBH or Working from home

You will be joining a friendly team of Administrators, you will need to be a flexible team player

You will undertake a wide range of administrative duties including but not limited to, liaising closely with line managers and bank staff to achieve a consistent and high fill rate month on, Administering the booking systems for filling bank & Agency shifts, Advising managers on the temporary staffing booking process where appropriate, be responsible for processing reports, correspondence, and documentation in a timely Establish and maintain appropriate record keeping.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to use your own initiative

You will need to be calm under pressure and be able to prioritise and manage your workload.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Temporary Staffing team for an enthusiastic, motivated administrator to provide support to our trust and service leads.

To enable us to exceed expectations and to achieve our service aims and objectives, we need to recruit, develop and retain skilled and motivated people.

As first point of contact deal with telephone and face to face enquiries efficiently, primarily with bank workers/agency consultants/Matrons/Ward Managers/Sisters/finance and other internal departments

Ensure all temporary staffing shift requests are appropriately dealt with in a timely manner

Maintaining accurate data, this role will include data cleansing

Liaise closely with line managers and bank staff to achieve a consistent and high fill rate month on

Administer the booking systems for filling bank & Agency shifts

Advise managers on the bank booking process where appropriate

You must have excellent customer service skills

Regularly engage with temporary workers to obtain availability, develop relationships using persuasive skills to ensure a greater take up of booking by individuals

Be responsible for processing reports, correspondence, and documentation in a timely Establish and maintain appropriate record keeping of the above.

To compile accurate reports using Excel, enabling you to present this

To analyse data and report on any trends, peaks

Efficient administration of the Bank Staffing computerised booking system to ensure shifts are filled to meet line manager’s service needs.

Generate reports from the Bank Staffing computerised booking system, such as fill rates and equal opportunities monitoring data.

Maintain departmental filing systems ensuring that information can be retrieved quickly and efficiently.

Answer all telephone calls in a prompt and efficient manner, dealing with all queries where appropriate or referring them to the Temporary Staffing Team Leader.

Ensure staff and members of the public are dealt with courteously, diplomatically, and efficiently.

Work closely with other HR Colleagues to ensure a ‘seamless’ Service to divisional HR representation. To continually promote equality and diversity and undertake equality impact assessments when required.

Be responsible for own development and continually keep up to date with changes to employment legislation and best practice.

Ensure excellent communication both verbal and written when dealing with all levels of NHS Trust staff, and members of the public.
