Job description
We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills who is dedicated to working as part of the team.

The post holder will provide administrative support to the Temporary Staffing Service. They will be the initial point of contact for callers. This role also incorporates a wide varied range of Admin and Clerical duties supporting the Temporary Staffing Team.

To act as the initial telephone/email contact for the Temporary staffing team responding to invoice and timesheet enquiries from our Preferred Supply List of Agencies.

To liaise and advise bank staff of process with regard to claiming SSP. The admin team receive and process any sick certificates for bank staff

Working autonomously to reconcile Agency invoices against the Temporary Staffing booking platforms. Every invoice needs to be checked against HealthRoster for finalising or adding shifts.

Supporting with Temporary Staffing recruitment as required
Actioning the leavers’ process as needed and submission to Workforce

Sending and documenting old uniform to and from the linen room
Manage the process for ordering and collection of bank uniforms and receipts

Support Temporary Staffing Hub Manager in facilitation of bank staff training courses and monitoring compliance
Control and facilitate all new starter basic training such as shadow shifts
