The Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a service and solution focused Programme Administrator. This role would be suitable for candidates that have a background in University / Service Sector administration.

The key activities of the role are:

  • To undertake administration relating to the student academic experience including induction, enrolment, attendance, assessment, and retention activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure academic programmes are administered in line with the Academic Regulations and that all relevant activities are completed in line with University processes and within required deadlines.

You:

You will have a “can do” solutions focused approach with a service mindset. You should be proficient in the use of MS Office and able to communicate in a clear, accurate, and professional manner, both verbally and in writing to a range of stakeholders.

Flexible and adaptable with an eye for detail will also be essential as would being able to manage conflicting requirements and prioritising your own work effectively.
