Mandarin Speaking Credit Controller | Home Working
£10 - £14 per hour
3 Month Temporary Basis
Are you a Mandarin Speaker and have good customer service? Our successful client is looking for a Credit Controller to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your accounting and finance skills.
Due to the time difference, the hours will be 07:30am – 11:30am, Monday – Friday.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage your own ledger with a monthly target of aged debt in mind
- Allocate incoming payments
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Build excellent relationships with internal and external peoples
- Query resolution via telephone and email
To be considered you will need the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in Credit Control is preferable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- MS Excel basic skills
- A strong Customer Service background if no credit control experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.00-£14.00 per hour
