To be successful you will need to have a wide range of administrative experience in customer focussed environments. Experience of customer service is also essential, as well as good IT skills and a strong grasp of Microsoft Office. We also encourage candidates with project support experience to apply.

Temporary roles can vary in length, ranging from 1 month through to a maximum of 6 months. Most roles require a mixture of working from home and from the office, though some roles can be from home only or from campus only. We generally get a mixture of part time and full time roles, though part time roles are less common and if we do get them they are about 18.5 hours per week.

Pay varies depending on the role – This can range from C grade at £20,761 (Assistant and reception type roles), D grade at 23,715 (Most administration roles) and E grade at £27,929 (Specialist and Project Officer type roles).
