Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst for its Sioux Falls, South Dakota location.
Duties: Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation. Define issues and develop innovative solutions. Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs. Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. Ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals, identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements. Resolve high impact problems/projects through evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards. Provide expertise and advanced knowledge of applications programming ensuring design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policy.
Requirements: Must have Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field, and six (6) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must possess at least six (6) years of experience with all of the following: Managing and implementing successful projects using Pega PRPC; Utilizing Database tools, including DB2 and Oracle, to process data using Pega; Developing code and testing in the Banking domain with Disputes knowledge; Utilizing APPD and Splunk tools for monitoring and maintaining production environment; Resolving problems/issues by analyzing business process and identifying root cause to apply code fix and perform Unit testing; Developing, testing, debugging, and deploying code to different regions using Pega tools; and Identifying code conflicts in Pega and developing proof of concepts. 40 hrs./wk.
