WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR A CERTIFIED LEAD AND ASSISTANT MAINTENACE TECH FOR AN APARTMENT COMMUNITY IN ARLINGTON!

MUST HAVE APARTMENT INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE!

WE HAVE SEVERAL POSITIONS TO START IMMEDIATELY!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a Clear Background
• Must have a Valid DL
• EPA or HVAC Certified

MAINTENANCE TECHS CERTIFIED AND NON-CERTIFIED

• Duties include performing various maintenance repairs in electrical, plumbing, pool, masonry, carpentry, painting, building exteriors, and appliances
• Have a working knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to maintain, repair and replace HVAC
• Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance programs and special projects as required
• Lead maintenance department in order to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Work with the property manager on budget and projects.
• Must be EPA or HVAC Certified with Apartment Industry Experience as a Maintenance Tech.

MAKE READY TECHS

• Paints vacant and occupied units as assigned by Community Manager and/or Service Supervisor
• Caulks, daps and seals as needed, around windows, sink areas and bathtubs/showers
• Repairs and replaces damaged sheet rock
• Cleans up after finishing paint job
• Other duties as assigned
