Overview-

HHS is seeking a Technical Writer to work directly with Product Owners, business SMEs, and data analysts to assist in understanding and writing supporting documents.

Job Responsibilities

Must have - Microsoft Azure exp . Along with Data warehouse , data lake and data brick.

· Work directly with Product Owners, business SMEs, and data analysts to assist in understanding and writing supporting documents

o This includes both technical and business runbooks

· Ability to understand complex technical and business concepts and document them in an easy to navigate and consume manner

· Ability to analyze and understand complex data models

· Build and maintain effective working relationships with Product Owners, SMEs, developers, Team Leads

· Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation

· Expect to own the creation of maintenance of the following artifacts:

· Business runbooks

· technical runbooks

· Data flow diagrams

· Product manuals

· User guides

· API documentation

· SDK documentation

· JAD session notes

· Architecture templates

· Work with development and support leads to identify documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine best solutions for data compilation and centralized storage

· Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that adhere to organizational and legal standards and allow for easy data migration

· Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with consistent voice across all documentation

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
