Job Objective:

Provide superior customer service, primarily related to the ARC’s standard Point of Sale solution, while handling issues based on priority level and bringing closure to individual cases, Assist with the technical support for ARC Family Stores & Dispatch Offices across the US Central Territory. Assists the general Help Desk team in responding to inquiries and requests for assistance with computer systems and approved technology. Identifies problems, troubleshoots and provides advice and training to end-users.

Essential Functions:

• Service & installation of point-of-sale hardware & software – Prepare hardware and software for deployment.
• Diagnose & repair point of sale hardware (Both in-house and on site) – Test, evaluate, and document software/hardware issues
• Provide phone support, document all merchant issues, resolve all outstanding issues
• Manage & maintain Point of Sale hardware, equipment, networks, tools and peripherals inventory
• Assist with the deployment, support, service, training, and maintenance of the approved Donor Services Solution [DSS] software and hardware equipment for the ARCs in the US Central Territory to ensure its functionality and improvement.
• Provide training to clerks, managers & supervisors
• Create and update internal PoS & DSS documentation as required.
• Rotating on call shifts for nights & weekends
• At the direction of the Director of Business Development & Technology record, place and track orders for approved computer hardware/software and other related supplied/accessories.
