What you will do:

• Respond to, investigate and resolve issues involving production applications and systems using documented procedures and solutions.

• Escalate and/or engage other support groups as needed to meet service targets for resolution quality and timeliness.

• Accurately and concisely document production support issues for subsequent root cause analysis and operational and management analysis and reporting.

• Perform routine application and system administration and maintenance tasks on schedule and as needed to meet client expectations for system availability.

• Validate application and system health after planned maintenance and as needed to meet client expectations for system availability.

• Performs other duties as required such as on-call coverage.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline or post-secondary technical training preferred or equivalent job experience

• Ability to work under pressure to complete tasks on schedule and with high quality

• Detail-oriented with ability to execute complex, technical system administration procedures

• Ability to work non-standard hours as part of 24X7 team including part of an on-call rotation

• Ability to travel up to 10%
