Job Title: Help Desk Associate
Location: SAN DIEGO CA 92121 United States
Duration: 6 Months Contract with Extension
Shift Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Payrate: $ 23 hr on W2.

Description/Comment:

Handles more complex problems or malfunctions of systems application, hardware and software. Responsible for day to day operations of Help Desk and some analysis on call volume. Recognize, research, isolate and resolve information systems problems. Coordinate referrals to appropriate technical, professional or service personnel for appropriate services, repairs, training, and follow-up

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • San Diego, CA 92121: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

  • Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
