Established for over 100 years, our celebrated client offer a national product support service for B2B and B2C electro mechanical equipment.

They are looking for Two Technical Support Advisors to join their supportive team. You will be answering technical queries via phone and email on BT products including DECT telephones, baby monitors and connectivity devices.

About the Role:

You will be working as part of a team, but you will also work towards achievable individual performance targets, with the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus.


After initial onsite training, working will be home based with requirement to work in office 2 days per month. All equipment will be provided.

There are two technical support positions available - one Part Time and one Full Time.

Working Hours:

Full Time Position: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30
Part Time Position: Wednesday-Friday, 09:00-17:30


You will also be expected to participate on a Saturday Rota, 9:00-14:00.

Key requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months call centre experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Patience and understanding.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and confidence with technology.
  • Broadband within the home you will be working from.
