Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Tech Writer to join our Client's team.

Responsibilities:

• Work with internal teams and process owners to obtain an in-depth understanding of our business processes and the documentation requirements.
• Produce high-quality, easy-to-understand, documentation that meets the needs of key stakeholders and internal customers.
• Review and analyze existing content to generate a recommendation for architecture, organization and maintenance.
• Develop a library of documentation using Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Confluence, Lucid or similar tools.
• Develop documentation templates to allow for consistency and standardization. Must be easy to follow and repeatable.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven working experience in technical writing of business process documentation
• Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
• Excellent written skills in English
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Atlassian Suite and/or Lucid a plus
• Experience in ISO (International Organization for Standardization) a plus
