Chick-fil-A Midtown Plaza Team Members play a pivotal role in accomplishing our restaurant Mission: to positively impact downtown Birmingham daily by serving great Chick-fil-A food in a safe, clean, and quick environment. Chick-fil-A Midtown Plaza Team Member role responsibilities include:
- Providing genuine hospitality to guests and fellow team members
- Working alongside the Chick-fil-A Midtown Plaza team to quickly and kindly serve guests
- Upholding Chick-fil-A standards by serving excellent food
- Participating in Chick-fil-A Midtown Plaza’s systems and processes to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Working in a fast-paced environment while exhibiting professionalism

REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Professionalism
- Teamwork mindset
- Availability between 6:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday (Full-Time=32+ hours; Part-Time=15+ hours)
- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and to lift/move items when needed (20-50 lbs)
